It is a 24 hour rest area with courteous, polite, knowledgeable staff. The help desk us manned at all times. It has the cleanest bathrooms (men/women) we have ever seen in a rest area. They are clean, well lit, and dry.
Plenty of snacks, hot and cold drinks for the road. Picknic tables to grill out if you want to.
This place has workers - even a guard so you can feel totally safe here. Also one of the cleanest rest areas ever
Excellent place for family fun and anything else Excellent. You can also walk your pets. They have a whole lot of maps, and stuff for the family to visit, such as Lookout Mountain and Ruby Falls and Gatlinburg....
Awesome place to stop at on the way into Tennessee. The staff here are amazing. I ended up having a problem with the vending machine and even though there's a sign saying no money returns if change is taken, one of the employees overheard the problem and gave me some change. Definitely a great place to stop off at, some really awesome views of the river, you can even see the abandoned Hales Bar dam in the distance.
Great place to go for a break from driving. You can gather information about Music City, and all across Tennessee. The bathrooms are clean. There is also a designated area for pets to use the bathroom.
