If you're an owner operator, avoid this shipper. I'm a company driver and have no choice. Their product is packaged and shipped in poorly built crates that collapse under their own weight when stacked up and secured. These loads are a huge liability for safety and freight damage. But, the shipper doesn't seem to care.

I'll never return. Places like this should be charged detention as soon as the appointment time comes and the truck is waiting. They avoid detention because their schedule pickups have a window of 4 hours. That is BS. In high regulated HOS Era we have now, every minute is important. Let them ship everything by LTL and pay the price.
Real crappy place to pick up a load UNLESS your are LTL driver. Flatbeds not so bad. They get priority. Full van loads take forever to get loaded. Because they use only 1 dock and OTR vans are required to pull out for LTL trucks to get loaded. Another reason for van loads to take forever is they load the boxes of siding by hand on the floor. So yes, your loading and unloading times will take FOREVER.
Well I'm an owner operator one trip one way will pay a little over $1,000 plus I have 4 stops London Kentucky Fort Wayne Indiana Sheridan Michigan Detroit Michigan plus I will make over $250 for the drops not too bad for 12 hours 13 hours pretty good place to load takes awhile to get loaded but it's worth it in the end
