My husband worked here until I got sick and made great money. Everyone was so thoughtful and wonderful! They treat everyone like family and he still talks to them out there today. Percentage is the way to go if you want a good pay check.

Keim started out being a great job with good pay, then they bounce you around to another dispatcher pay cut in half. Then there become problems with idol time, logs and etc. The longer you work here the less money you make and more head ache you receive from the company. Dispatchers dont care they let you sit and sit. If the wheels of the truck is not rolling then you or the company are not making money. I wouldnt advice this company to anyone that wants to make money.
