Kind and Understanding! I was traveling from Florida May 25 on my way to Indiana when I stopped at the Nickajack Welcome Center to take in the beautiful view and have a mid-morning snack. I went to leave and my SUV would not start! Thankfully I have AAA and called for help and the wonderful woman at the Welcome Center wrote the address down & I was able to get AAA dispatched. The AAA representative got my vehicle started but there was an obvious problem. It was recommended I needed a battery & called the local Auto Zone but we could not be sure if there was an alternator issue. She recommended I go to Barnes Tire. I arrived and they were busy but understood my traveling plight and got my vehicle in. I am very thankful it was only the battery. They tested the alternator as well to be sure I was safe to continue my travel. Everyone at the desk, the service technicians and all in the waiting area were so kind and pleasant. Service with a sincere Smile :) Thank you for your help. I am safely back in Florida.

On the way home to Florida from Indianapolis to the race car trailer they fixed our blown trailer tire quick and with a great price. Excellent people to work with.
Began having brake trouble when traveling. Didn't know any places in the area, so just took a chance and it was a very positive experience!! Highly recommend this business. Staff we all very nice as well.
Blew a tire on our fifth wheel while heading down the highway. Incredible staff not only have the tire repaired and back on our camper in LESS THAN 20 minutes, but gave a great recommendation to upgrade in the future so we don't have this problem again (blown three tires in the last three trips).
