I like this bank they are good. People that work there
Poor customer service, asked several questions that were invasive and judgmental. clearly do not understand the concept of consulting work.

I love the Tower! Friendly people, very helpful. They even delivered a check to the power company when I was having debit card issues.
Honestly the most incompetent bank I have ever seen. I have not went into this bank one time without having to suffer some ridiculous stipulation; Due to the bank's fault. It is ridiculous and I can not wait until my next check to drop so I can withdraw everything and shut the account down. They have no idea what they're doing and have no interest in helping anyone they inconvenience.
I started with citizens state, Tower bought my bank out. For 10+ years my money has been with this institute and now it is an ordeal with the ATM. Ready to change banks.
